Chermoula for fish

Ingredients:
&fracp ground coriander
3 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp paprika
pinch of cayenne pepper
4 garlic crushed
1 large handful cilantro
80 ml lemon juice
125 ml olive oil

Method:
  1. Fry first four ingredients till fragrant.
  2. Combine with everything else.
